Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully and in their entirety before accessing or using any services from TradeBands Collective LLC (“TradeBands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a membership, enrolling in a course, or accessing any part of our services, you (“you,” “user,” or “member”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services and Member Responsibilities

a. Overview of ServicesTradeBands Collective provides digital educational content, live trading commentary, and access to a private online community for individuals interested in learning about trading stock options. Services are delivered primarily through a private Discord community, a Thinkific-hosted course, and other digital materials. Access to specific services depends on your selected membership plan and remains active only while your membership is current and in good standing.

b. Member's Acknowledgment of ResponsibilityYou understand and agree that our services provide education, tools, and a community for support. Your success is not guaranteed. The value you derive from our services is dependent entirely on your own effort, commitment, personal diligence, and application of the materials provided. The education and coaching offered will only be effective if you fully commit to the process. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the results you achieve.

c. Service Availability and ModificationTradeBands reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any part of its services, including but not limited to live sessions, masterclasses, or coaching, at its sole discretion. This may occur due to instructor illness, technical issues, market conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make a reasonable effort to provide an alternative where appropriate but are not liable for any failure to do so.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and use our services. By using our offerings, you represent and warrant that you are legally an adult and capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Membership Plans & Access

TradeBands offers multiple membership tiers. It is your responsibility to understand the specific features, benefits, and limitations of your chosen tier before purchasing.

Important Clarification on Access: Please note that most membership tiers do not include access to view an instructor's screen during live trading sessions. Tiers such as "Tapped In" and "Locked In" are for listen-only access to live trading audio and commentary. Visual screen sharing is an exclusive feature of designated upper-level tiers.

Access to all features is contingent on an active, paid subscription. Access will be immediately revoked upon membership cancellation, lapse, or payment failure.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

a. PaymentPayments are processed via our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By providing your payment information, you authorize TradeBands Collective to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected membership plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly).

b. Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your recurring membership at any time via the customer billing portal link provided to you upon signing up. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.

c. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, PRORATED OR OTHERWISE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

When you purchase a membership, you are paying for immediate access to our digital content library, proprietary information, and our private community. The fee is for access to these resources, not for your usage of them. Your lack of use, dissatisfaction with the service, or failure to cancel your membership before the renewal date will not be considered grounds for a refund.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge, agree, and understand the following:

You are waiving your right to request a refund for any reason.

You understand that this is a recurring subscription that will automatically charge your card on file until you cancel it through the proper channels.

You agree not to dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company (i.e., perform a chargeback). You understand that this policy is in place to protect the digital and proprietary nature of our services. A chargeback will be considered a breach of these Terms, and we may pursue legal action to recover the funds.

5. Disclaimers, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability

a. FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLYAll content provided by TradeBands Collective—including courses, Discord messages, live sessions, videos, and all other materials—is strictly for educational and informational purposes. None of the information provided by TradeBands constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

b. NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISORTradeBands Collective is not a financial advisory service, and its instructors and representatives are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or registered investment analysts. We do not assess your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. You must consult with a licensed and qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

c. HIGH RISK OF TRADINGTrading financial markets, especially options, is speculative and involves a substantial risk of loss. You could lose your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. The market environment is volatile, and you should be prepared to bear the financial risks of any trading decisions you make.

d. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF CLAIMSYou agree that you are using your own judgment and due diligence when using any information provided by or through our services. Your use or non-use of this information is done at your sole risk. You hereby fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify, and release TradeBands Collective LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that may arise from your participation in our services or from any financial losses you may suffer.

6. Community Conduct and Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful community. By joining, you agree not to:

Share, resell, record, screenshot, or redistribute any TradeBands content, trade ideas, or course materials. This is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights.

Share the private Discord link or access with any non-members.

Engage in harassment, slander, spam, or disrespectful behavior towards any member or admin.

Solicit members for other services or groups.

Enforcement: Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for intellectual property theft or damages.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the TradeBands Accelerator Program (“Program”) provided by Khalidah Reece, also known as “Kay Bonne,” and TradeBands Collective LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Educational Purpose Only – No Financial Advice

1.1. Kay Bonne is not a financial advisor, financial planner, broker, or investment professional.
1.2. Neither Kay Bonne nor TradeBands Collective LLC holds any financial licenses (including but not limited to Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, RIA, or any other regulated credentials).
1.3. All information shared in the Program—including videos, live calls, signals, screenshots, trade breakdowns, entries, exits, commentary, examples, or any other content—is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
1.4. Nothing shared in the Program constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or an instruction to buy or sell any security.

2. Participant Responsibility

2.1. You acknowledge that every trade you take is 100% your decision.
2.2. Kay Bonne will never force you, require you, pressure you, or obligate you to take any trade.
2.3. Any trades that Kay chooses to share (entries/exits/analysis) are for education, demonstration, and blogging purposes only, and should not be interpreted as instructions.
2.4. You are solely responsible for:

Your trading decisions

Your risk management

Your account size and exposure

Your financial actions and outcomes

2.5. You agree that you will not hold Kay Bonne or TradeBands Collective LLC liable for profits, losses, missed trades, emotional decisions, or any results of your personal trading.

3. Risks of Trading

3.1. Trading stocks, options, and financial markets involves significant financial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.
3.2. Past performance (including Kay’s trades or student results) does not guarantee future results.
3.3. You acknowledge that:

Trading is risky

Results vary based on the individual

There are no guarantees of income or profit

You may lose money

3.4. By participating in this Program, you confirm that you understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate.

4. No Guarantees

4.1. The Program is designed to educate you, but we do not guarantee:

That you will become profitable

That you will pass challenges

That you will replace your income

That you will achieve specific financial results

That you will receive any particular outcome

4.2. Any examples of income, screenshots, testimonials, or success stories shared by Kay or students are illustrative only.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Due to the digital nature of the Program, the access provided, and the intellectual property delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5.2. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to proprietary materials and agree that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

6. No Professional Relationship

6.1. Participation in the Program does not create:

A financial advisor-client relationship

A fiduciary relationship

A partnership or joint venture

A guaranteed mentorship beyond the stated scope of the Program

6.2. Kay’s role is to educate, not to manage your money, trade for you, or provide personalized investment advice.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS:

All employees, contractors, assistants, and representatives

from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, or expenses arising from:

Your trading decisions

Your financial results

Your use or misuse of information

Technical issues

Market conditions

Emotional decision-making

Statements made during live or recorded sessions

This includes (but is not limited to) claims of negligence, emotional distress, lost profits, or any other damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content—including videos, notes, slides, templates, strategies, Discord content, and recorded sessions—are owned exclusively by TradeBands Collective LLC.
You may not copy, redistribute, share, resell, or publicly publish materials without written permission.

9. Community Conduct

You agree to:

Be respectful

Maintain confidentiality of other members

Not harass, threaten, or harm other students

Not spam or solicit members for outside businesses

Violation of these expectations may result in immediate removal with no refund.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (or specify another state if needed).
Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation.

11. Acknowledgement

By purchasing or participating in the TradeBands Accelerator Program, you confirm that:

You read and understand these Terms

You accept all risks associated with trading

You take full responsibility for your decisions

You agree not to pursue legal action based on your trading results

7. Intellectual Property & Marketing Consent

a. Intellectual PropertyAll content provided by TradeBands is our exclusive intellectual property, protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license only.

b. Social Media and Marketing ConsentThe Discord community is interactive. By posting content—including messages, comments, testimonials, or images of trade results—you grant TradeBands a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content for marketing and promotional purposes on social media and other channels, potentially without attribution.

8. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Thinkific, Stripe). We are not liable for outages, security breaches, or disruptions on these platforms that are beyond our control.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
